Our Approach

Having built around 300 new houses and apartments since 2002, we know that the keys to successful residential design are:

• Creating attractive environments that attract planning approval, and be where people want to live.
• Understanding where the cost is centred in the design.
• Developing robust construction that is straightforward on site.

For many years CABE used our scheme at Greestone Mount in Lincoln as a good example for planning committee members, of the successful development in a sensitive context.
